1. How to Submit a Complaint
Clients may raise a complaint using the following email:

Please include, where applicable:
- Your full name or company name
- The project title or invoice number
- A brief description of the concern
- Any supporting information that may help us investigate
2. Acknowledgement & Response Time
Technocode LTD acknowledges all formal complaints within 1–3 business days and provides a full written response within 7 business days.
If more time is required due to the nature of the issue or involvement of a third party, the Client will be informed of the revised timeline.
3. Resolution Methods
Depending on the matter, resolution may include:
- Clarification of completed work
- Review and feedback session
- Repeat performance of specific services (if applicable)
- Adjustment or correction of a deliverable where possible
4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact Technocode LTD first so that concerns may be resolved collaboratively and without unnecessary escalation.
If the Client decides to raise a payment dispute with their bank or payment provider, Technocode LTD may provide evidence of completed work to assist the payment provider in assessing the claim.
Nothing on this page limits the Client’s statutory rights under UK law or their right to raise a legitimate chargeback.
5. Escalation
If the Client is dissatisfied with the outcome of the complaint, they may request escalation to senior management for a final review.
6. Statutory Rights
This policy does not replace or restrict any consumer rights under applicable law, including:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Section 75, where applicable)
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
